Different vine varieties require for best growth and best fruit production different soil and climatic conditions. Experience shows that certain sites among our vineyards do offer very favorable conditions to certain varieties and thus allow then the production of very characteristic wines of superior bouquet of aromas and taste. Such wines are called "wines of selected sites"and must meet special con ditions we have put in place. Starting in the vineyard, where we restrict yield and drive the vines to produce less, however much higher quality grapes to the harvesting and the final processing in the cellar we try to produce exceptional quality wines, which even increase further in complexity and uniqueness during further aging.
